西地碘含片联合玉女煎对口腔溃疡患者血清TNF-α、IL-2及SOD水平影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨西地碘含片联合玉女煎对口腔溃疡患者血清TNF-α、IL-2及SOD水平影响。方法:回顾性研究于我院进行治疗的口腔溃疡患者60例,根据电脑生成的随机数字表将所有患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组患者给予西地碘含片,实验组患者在对照组的治疗基础上加用玉女煎。比较两组患者治疗前后血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平,并对比分析两组患者经系统治疗后的临床总有效率。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者血清TNF-α水平均降低,IL-2及SOD水平均升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者血清TNF-α水平较低,IL-2及SOD水平较高(P<0.05);临床总有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论:西地碘含片联合玉女煎能够降低血清TNF-α水平,提高IL-2及SOD水平,对口腔溃疡患者具有较好的临床疗效,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective：To investigate the effect of serum TNF-α,IL-2 and SOD levels by cydiodine buccal tablets combined with Yunv Decoction in patients with dental ulcer. Methods：A total of 60 cases with dental ulcer from our hospital were collected and randomly divided into the experiment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated by cydiodine buccal tablets 1.5 mg,3 times/day;patients in the experiment group were treated by cydiodine buccal tablets combined with jade maid decoction 1 dose/day,continuous treatment for 3 days. TNF-α value was detected by double antibody sandwich ELISA method,the IL-2 value wasdetected by radioimmunoassay,and the value of SOD was measured by SOD kit. Results：Compared with before treatment,theserum TNF-α level was decreased after treatment（P〈0.05）;IL-2 level was increased（P〈0.05）;SOD level was increased（P〈0.05）;compared with the control group,the clinical total effective rate of the experiment group was higher（P〈0.05）;the serum TNF-α level of the experiment group was lower（P〈0.05）;IL-2 level was higher（P〈0.05）;SOD level was higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Cydiodine buccal tablets combine with Yunv Decoction in the treatment of dental ulcer has a better clinical curative effect,speculate the mechanism is relate to reduce the serum TNF-α and increase the serum IL-2 and SOD levels.
