眼科专科护士培训模式探讨及效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨眼科专科护士的培训模式,促进眼科专科护士的发展.方法 根据科室的具体情况制订出个性化、有针对性、规范化的培训模式.结果 护士的专业理论和专业技能在培训后比较,均有明显提高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;培训前后患儿家属满意度也有所提高.结论 系统的专业理论和专业技能培训,提升了眼科护士的专业能力,满足了患儿及家长对临床优质护理服务的需求,有助于眼科专科护士的培养和发展.ObjectiveTo explore the training mode of ophthalmological specialty nurses,and promote the development of ophthalmological specialty nurses.Methods We developed a personalized,targeted, and standardized training model according to the specific circumstances of the department.Results The professional theory and skills of nurses increased statistically after the training （P〈0.05）. Meanwhile,the patient satisfaction degree and the quality of nursing were all improved.Conclusions Systematic professional theory and professional skills training could improve the professional ability of ophthalmic nurses. It could also meet the needs of children and their parents for clinical quality nursing services,as well as benefits the cultivation and development of ophthalmic specialist nurses.
