摘　　要：研究蒲元和胃胶囊联合三联杀菌药物对胃-十二指肠溃疡患者幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除率及愈合质量的影响。方法:选取2014年1月—2015年12月期间本院收治的82例患者作为研究对象,将所有患者根据治疗方法分为两组:观察组40例(蒲元和胃胶囊+奥美拉唑+克拉霉素+阿莫西林),对照组42例(奥美拉唑+克拉霉素+阿莫西林),治疗持续2周后,两组患者继服奥美拉唑2周,总疗程4周。比较两组患者治疗后的溃疡愈合率、幽门螺杆菌根除率及治疗有效率,比较患者治疗6个月后Hp再感染率及溃疡复发率。结果:观察组患者愈合率为92.50%(37/40),Hp根除率97.50%(39/40),治疗有效率100.00%(40/40);对照组分别为76.19%(32/42),88.10%(37/32)及73.81%(31/42),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。6个月后,观察组Hp再感染率10.00%(4/40),复发率0.00%(0/40);对照组分别为23.81%(10/42)及2.38%(1/42),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:蒲元和胃胶囊联合三联抗菌疗法可以有效提高胃-十二指肠溃疡患者溃疡愈合质量及Hp根除率。Objective ： To study the influence of Puyuan Hewei Capsule combined with triple therapy on eradication rate of H. pylori（Hp） and healing quality in patients with gastroduodenal ulcer. Methods：From January 2014 to December 2015,82 patients were chosen as study objects, and all of them were divided into 2 groups ： 40 patients in study group （ Puyuan Hewei Capsule ＋ omeprazole ＋ clarithromycin ＋ amoxicillin） and 42 patients in control group （ omeprazole ＋ clarithromycin ＋ amoxicillin）. After 2weeks, two groups took omeprazole for 2 weeks,total course of 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, the healing rate, eradication rate of Hp and effect rate were compared between two groups and the re - infection rate and recurrence rate of two groups were compared after 6 months. Results：In study group, the healing rate was 92.50% （37/40）, the eradication rate of Hp was 97.50% （39/40）and effect rate was 100.00% （40/40）. These of control group were respectively 76. 19% （32/42）, 88. 10% （37/32）and 73.81% （31/ 42 ）. The difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. In study group, the re - infection rate was 10.00% （4/40）and the re- currence rate was 0.00% （0/40）. These of control group were respectively 23.81% （10/42） and 2.38% （1/42）. The difference had no statistical significance （P 〉 O. 05 ）. Conclusion：Puyuan Hewei Capsule combined with triple therapy could help increase the eradication rate of Hp and healing quality in patients with gastroduodenal ulcer.
