摘 要:农药在农业中具有独一无二的地位,尽管传统的化学合成方法在农药生产中占有极高的比例。化学方法也存在诸多问题,如操作复杂、成本高以及环境污染等。近年来,生物催化所表现出的高选择性、反应条件温和、低毒低污染等特点逐渐受到许多企业的青睐,其在农药生产中的应用比重也持续增加。综述了生物催化在手性农药的去消旋化、不对称合成等方面的研究以及应用情况。Pesticides have a unique posit ion in agriculture. Although pesticide production have occupied sizable proportion in traditional chemical synthesis, chemical synthesis methods exist many problems such as complicated operation, high cost, environmental pollution and so on. In recent years, the features of biocatalysis showed mild reaction conditions, high selectivity, low toxicity, low pollution, and was gradually favored by many companies. Its share in pesticide production has continued to increase. In this paper, the biocatalytic chiral pesticides deracemization, asymmetric synthesis and other aspects of researches and applications were reviewed.
