摘　　要：目的探讨SFRP1基因启动子区甲基化与肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)的关系。方法计算机检索Pub Med、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方、维普及中国知网数据库,检索时间截止于2016年8月。收集SFRP1基因启动子区甲基化与HCC关系的研究,由2名评价者按照纳入和排除标准独立选择文献、提取资料、评价质量。采用Stata12.0和Review Manayer 5.3软件进行Meta分析,计算OR值及其95%CI并行敏感性分析和发表偏倚评估。结果共纳入12篇文献,包括HCC患者674例,对照693例。Meta分析表明:SFRP1基因甲基化和HCC的发生有相关性(总病例组vs总对照组:OR=5.31,95%CI:3.95~7.15,P<0.01;HCC组vs癌旁组:OR=3.94,95%CI:2.69~5.76,P<0.01;HCC组vs良性病变组:OR=4.93,95%CI:2.87~8.48,P<0.01;HCC组vs健康组:OR=13.01,95%CI:6.26~27.00,P<0.01)。结论 SFRP1基因甲基化和HCC的发生存在相关性,SFRP1基因甲基化作为生物标志物可能有助于HCC的诊断。Objective To explore the relationship between SFRP1 gene promoter methylation and hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）. Methods All eligible related studies published up to Aug. 2016 were searched out from PubMed, Web of Science, Chinese Biomedical Database （CBM） , Wanfang, VIP and CNKI databases. Two reviewers independ- ently identified the literatures according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. Meta-analysis was performed by Stata 12.0 and Review Manger 5.3 software to calculate crude OR with their 95% CI. Results Twelve studies were collected, including 674 cases of HCC patients and 693 controls. The result of Meta-analysis showed that the risk of HCC was related to SFRP1 methylation （total cases vs total controls： OR =5.31, 95% CI： 3.95 -7. 15, P 〈0.01 ; HCC vs adjacent tissues： OR = 3.94, 95% CI： 2.69 -5.76, P 〈0.01 ; HCC vs behign disease： OR =4.93, 95% CI： 2.87 -4.84, P 〈 0.01; HCC vs health controls： OR=13.01, 95%CI： 6.26 -27.00, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The risk of HCC is related to SFRP1 methylation. SFRP1 promoter hypermethylation may be a potential biomarker for the diagnosis of HCC.
