摘　　要：小肠间质瘤(small intestinal stromal tumor,SIST)是一种临床少见病,起病隐匿,缺乏特异性临床表现,早期诊断困难,需借助各种辅助手段提高诊断率,但最终确诊要依靠组织及免疫组化检测。本文报道1例SIST,并做文献复习。Small intestinal stromal tumor （SIST） is a rare clinical disease. Its onset is occult and lacks of specific clinical manifestations. The early diagnosis of SIST is difficult, which requires a variety of supplementary means to improve the diagnosis rate. But the final diagnosis relies on organizations and immunohistochemistry. One case of SIST with gastrointestinal bleeding was reported in this article.
