摘  要:基于钢桥面铺装建管养一体化理念,运用层次分析法构建了钢桥面铺装方案综合评价指标体系,提出了按公路钢桥面铺装的技术性能、施工质量、养护过程、经济效益等4个准则层及21个指标层划分各指标评定等级,并利用专家评分法确定评价指标权重,进而运用模糊理论进行评价指标隶属度函数分析的钢桥面铺装方案模糊综合评价方法。最后对某长江公路大桥钢桥面铺装初选方案进行综合评判,确定其优选方案。评价方法可为钢桥面铺装方案比选及决策提供支持。Based on the built custody integration concept for steel bridge deck pavement, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is adopted to construct the comprehensive evaluation index of steel deck plate paving scheme, and 4 criterion layers of technical performance for highway steel bridge deck pavement, construction quality and maintenance process, and economic benefits and 21 indicators are put forward, and various index ratings are divided, and by means of expert evaluation method the evaluation index weights are determined, then the fuzzy theory is adopted to evaluate index membership function analysis, consequently the steel deck plate paving scheme fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed.Finally the comprehensive evaluation of a pavement primary solution for highway bridge with steel bridge deck across the Yangtze River is made to determine the optimal solution. The evaluation method can provide support for steel bridge deck pavement scheme comparison and decision makings.
