摘　　要：技术创新市场化运作机制的建立还存在诸多问题,建立技术创新市场化运作机制的关键节点需要从研发保障、研发方向、路线选择、创新要素价格、创新资源配置等方面入手;而要实现创新资源的优化配置,需要从创新链、产业链、专家链和资金链四个方面探索建立技术创新市场化平台,构建有效的技术创新市场化机制。There are so many questions in technological innovation market operation mechanism . This paper starts with the R ＆D security, R＆D direction, route selection, innovation factor price and allocation of resources to establish the key nodes of technological innovation market operation mechanism. This paper grasps the important link of the technology innovation and the key nodes and achieves the optimized allocation of innovation resources. From four aspects of innovation chain, industry chain, experts chain and capital chain, this article explores to establish technological innovation marketing platform in order to build effective market-oriented technological innovation mechanism.
