摘　　要：针对气压盘式制动器台架试验的要求和特点,文中介绍了气压盘式制动器试验工装设计方案,并结合实际使用中的问题,进行深入分析和结构优化,解决了制动时制动钳与制动盘发"啃"的问题以及工装自身的磨损问题。According to the characteristics and requirements ofihe ADB bench test, this paper introduces the design scheme of ADB test fixture. Combined with the practical problem analysis, the structure of test fixture is optimized. This test fixture can solve the brake caliper and brake plate ＂bite＂ problems, and tool wear problems.
