摘  要:研究了采用固相萃取-高效液相色谱法(SPE-HPLC)同时测定黄瓜中敌菌灵和苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂农药残留量的方法,同时测定了黄瓜中敌菌灵和苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂8种农药的残留量。样品用乙腈均质法提取盐析后脱水,经SPE固相萃取净化,浓缩仪浓缩后进液相色谱分离与检测,外标法定量。对样品进行添加回收率试验,添加浓度分别为0.05,0.5和1.0 mg/kg,回收率在80.2%~108.6%之间,标准偏差(RSD)在2.96%~10.92%之间,方法定量限0.01~0.03mg/kg,适合黄瓜中敌菌灵和苯甲酰脲类杀虫剂8种农药残留量的检测要求。Solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography (SPE-HPLC) were used to determine the residues of anilazine and benzoylphenylurea insecticides pesticide in cucumber in this study. There were 8 anilazine and benzoylphenylurea insecticides type of pesticides analyzed in total. The samples were extracted by acetonitrile homogenizing dehydration method, purified by solid phase extraction, while the concentrated liquid was separated and detected by liquid chromatography and quantified by external standard method. The added recovery experiments were also carried out in which the added concentration was 0.05, 0.5 and 1.0 mg/kg, respectively, and the resulted recovery was range from 80.2% to 108.6%, the standard deviation (RSD) was in the range of 2.96%-10.92%, the limit of quantification of the method from 0.01 to 0.03 mg/kg. The studied method was proved to meet the requirements of the 8 pesticide residues of anilazine and benzoylphenylurea insecticides in cucumber.
