摘  要:目的分析湖北省某县中学生对性侵犯的认知情况及其影响因素,为制定儿童性侵犯预防策略提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取1 499名中学生进行问卷调查,收集学生对性及性侵犯的认知情况,应用χ~2检验和多因素Logistic回归进行统计分析。结果有51.3%的中学生对性侵犯认知得分低于平均分。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,高中生(OR=2.514),母亲不外出务工(OR=1.416),曾与成年人交流过性相关话题(OR=2.248)是男学生对未成年人性侵犯认知的保护因素;非独生子女(OR=0.674)是男学生对性侵犯认知的危险因素。高中生(OR=1.744)是女学生对儿童性侵犯认知的保护因素,非独生子女(OR=0.627),监护人的受教育程度低(OR=0.740)是女学生对儿童性侵犯认知的危险因素结论湖北省某县中学生对性侵犯的认知不足。这种认知缺陷受多方面的因素影响,主要原因是性教育不足,或者性教育获取途径受限。监护人和学校应该重视学生的性教育,以提高学生对性及性侵犯的认知。Objective The aim of this study was to analyze the cognition and influencing factors of child sexual abuse (CSA) among middle school students in Y county Hubei province, and to provide scientific evidence for the prevention of child sexual abuse. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate 1499 middle school students by questionnaire survey to collect the student/s perception of child sexual abuse. Data was analyzed by 2 test and the multivariate logistic regression. Results 51.3% of respondents' sexual cognitive scores were lower than average. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that those were high school students (OR=2.514), those whose mothers were not migrant workers (OR=1.416), and those had communicated with adults on sexual topics (OR=2.248) were protective factors for male students on juvenile sexual abuse knowledge. Not being the only child (0R=0.674) was the risk factor. High school student (OR=1.744) was the protective factor of female students' cognition of child sexual abuse. Not being the only child (OR=0.627) and low education level (OR=0.740) were risk factors. Conclusion Middle school students in Y county Hubei province lacked the awareness of sexual abuse. The cognitive deficits were affected by many factors, but the main reason was that sex education was insufficient, or the limited access to sex education. To improve cognition of sexual abuse among middle school students, attention should be paid to the sexual education.
