摘　　要：中小企业在我国经济发展中发挥着越来越重要的重要,但是融资难问题始终是制约企业发展的瓶颈。在抵押担保体系之外,通过融资性担保公司担保、民间融资、银行信用工具等方式构建信用担保融资体系,完善融资服务体系,缓解中小企业融资难,促进他们快速健康发展。medium-sized and small enterprises have played important roles for economy development, but the financing difficulty is the restrict of the enterprise＇ development. Besides mortgage guarantee system, we shall build a credit guarantee financing system through the financing guarantee company guarantee, private financing, bank credit instrument, etc., perfect a financing service system, so that we can resolve medium-sized and small enterprises＇ capital demands and support their rapid and healthy development.
