摘  要:目的探讨基于岗位胜任力的养老护理员培训知识体系的构建,为养老护理员规范化培训提供科学依据。方法以岗位胜任力理论为依据,采用文献资料法、访谈法和德尔菲法,对36名专家进行2轮问卷调查,探讨专家对养老护理员培训知识体系设置的意见。结果本研究确定的养老护理员培训知识体系包括职业态度和法律法规、老年人安全知识、生活照料、基本救护技能、常见疾病护理、心理护理、临终护理等7个培训项目和48项具体培训内容。结论养老护理员培训知识体系可靠性和权威性较高,对今后养老护理员的培训具有指导作用和参考价值。Objective To discuss the construction of the post competency based elderly care nurses training knowledge system, in order to provide scientific evidence for the standardized training of senior care nurses. Methods The literature data method,qualitative research method and Delphi technique based on post com- petency theory were used to conduct two rounds of investigation on 36 experts.Their suggestions regarding to the construction of the elderly care nurses training knowledge system were discussed.Results The eld- erly care nurses training knowledge system consisted of 7 training projects with 48 specific items including professional attitude and laws and regulations, elderly safety knowledge, daily care, basic rescue skills, nurs- ing of common disease,psychological nursing and hospic care.Conclusions The knowledge system of nurses for the elderly care are reliable and valid, which can provide guidance and reference for the training of nurses for elderly care.
