摘　　要：20世纪80年代以来,国际高等教育质量保障运动的兴起以及当前高等教育发展中面临的现实困境是我国"普通高等学校本科教学工作审核评估"得以推行的现实背景。2013年开始试点的"审核评估"围绕"五个度"的达成而展开,评价范围涵盖"6+1"个审核项目、24个审核要素和64个审核要点,体现了教育评价从外部干预到自我参照的理念转变和方法革新,在实践层面促进了我国高等教育质量保障体系的建构与完善,也为我国教育评价理论体系的丰富提供了现实案例和反思视角。The rise of the movement of international higher education quality assurance since 1980s and the current difficulties in the development of Higher Education became the realistic background of the on-going audit evaluation for the undergraduate teaching work in Higher School. Started in 2013, the audit evaluation reflects the educational evaluation changes its ideas and methods from external intervention to self referential, promotes the construction and improvement of the quality assurance system of higher education in China in practice,and provides a realistic case and reflection perspective for the enrichment of educational evaluation theory system in China.
