摘 要:化工原理实验是化工原理课堂理论消化吸收的重要实践课程。然而局限于验证课本理论的操作性实验具有单一性,不利于学生工程能力的培养。本文通过指导学生运用模拟软件对化工原理精馏实验工艺过程模拟优化、故障诊断模拟分析、仿真开发等手段对化工原理实验装置运行进行操作,使学生在过程中工程能力得以形成,并对专业学习产生更多的学习兴趣。总体而言,本次改革不仅将模拟计算综合运用到化工原理实验教学中,提高了学生工程实践能力,还在化工原理实验模式上进行了改革。改进后的实验设备具有运行成本低、数据重复性强、耗时短的优势。The experiment of chemical engineering principles is an important practice course for the digestion and absorption of the theory of chemical engineering.However,it is not conducive to the cultivation of students' engineering ability to operate the experiment which is limited to the textbook theory.This paper guides the students to operate the experimental device of chemical engineering principles by simulation software through the process simulation and optimization of distillation experiment of chemical engineering principles,fault diagnosis simulation analysis,simulation development and other means so as to form the students' engineering ability in the process and makes them generate more interest in learning.Overall,this reform not only applies the simulation calculation to the teaching of chemical engineering principles,but also improves the students' practical ability in engineering and reforms the experimental model of chemical engineering principles.The improved experimental equipment has the advantages of low cost,strong data repeatability and short time consuming.
