摘　　要：在创新创业的背景下,国家鼓励普通本科高校向应用型转变,结合多年教学经验,试图构建应用型本科会计专业创新性培养模式,以"职业道德和基本素养+专业知识+证书+实践+竞赛"的基本框架可以培养出社会所需的会计专业工匠人才,实现就业与上岗无缝对接的培养目标。Under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship, the State encourages that the general undergraduate universities change into application oriented universities. Combining with our teaching experience for many years, in the article, we try to built a new accounting educating mode basing on application. We believe that the basic framework containing ＂professional ethics with basic quality,professional knowledge, certificate, practice and competition＂ can cultivate the social-needed professional accountants greatly and make them quite be qualified for their work.
