摘  要:经对家庭经济困难学生现状进行随机调查,详细的掌握了家庭经济困难学生在生活、心理、学习、交际、就业等方面存在的问题,构建了高校家庭经济困难学生成长助力模式,主要包括心理素质提高模块、学习能力提高模块、人际交往能力提高模块、专业实践能力提高模块、就业创业能力提高模块、社会责任意识培养模块六个方面的内容,每个模块的功能主要是通过活动载体来实现,各个模块都有其独立的可行性,模块之间又有其内在有机的联系。为高校加强家庭经济困难学生成长、成才教育提供了有效途径。Abstract: Based on the investigation of the current situation of the poverty-stricken students, the author makes a detailed study of the poverty-stricken students' problems existing in the life, psychology, study, communication, employment and so on. The growth assistance mode for the poverty-stricken students in colleges and universities is constructed, which mainly including six aspects of psychological quality improvement module, learning ability improvement module, interpersonal skills improvement module, professional practical ability improvement module, employment and entrepreneurship improvement module and social responsibility consciousness training module. The functions of each module are mainly realized by the active carrier, each module has its own independent feasibility,and there are inherent organic connections among the modules. It also provides an effective way for the growth of poverty-stricken students in colleges and universities.
