摘　　要：高校办公自动化OA系统的建设情况体现了高校数字化管理水平.以吉林化工学院为例,结合实际情况对其OA系统加以设计并利用相关技术实现.借助"微课+办公"模式的数字化资源将其在校园中加以推广.OA系统的设计、实现与推广为促进校园数字化建设提供了经验积累并产生积极影响.The construction situation of OA system embodies the digital management level in colleges and universities.Set Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology as an example,the OA system is designed and realized according to the practical situation. Using the digital resource which is in the model of ＂ micro-learning ＋office＂,to popularize the system in colleges and universities. The design,realization and popularization of the OA system not only gather experiences but also make positive affection to promote the digital construction in colleges and universities.
