基于PA-LV方法对企业技术引进消化吸收再创新内部系统关系的实证研究

摘　　要：企业的技术引进消化吸收再创新是发展中国家提升本国科学技术水平,缩短与发达国家的技术差距以及最终实现技术赶超目标的重要战略途径。以上海市接受过创新政策资助的企业为调研对象,通过问卷设计和调查,收集相关指标数据,并构建一个系统的引进消化吸收再创新的结构方程模型,利用潜在变量的路径分析(PALV),计算得出各个变量的路径系数,进而得到各个评价指标变量的权重。检验结果发现国家创新政策支持对企业引进消化吸收再创新过程有显著的影响,以此分析实证基础为引进消化吸收再创新政策的作用以及如何才能更好的进行实施提出相应的建议。With regard to developing countries,technological introduction digestion absorption and re-innovation of the enterprise is an important strategic way to improve domestic scientific and technological level and shorten the technology gap,and ultimately achieve the target to catch up with developed countries.This article takes the enterprise that received the national innovation policy subsidy in Shanghai as research object,collects related data and builds a system of structural equation model through questionnaire design and investigation.Based on path analysis with latent variables（PA-LV）,it calculates the path coefficient of each variable,and then gets the weight of each evaluation index variables.Test results found that the system of national innovation policy have a significant impact on enterprise＇s technological introduction digestion absorption and re-innovation.Finally,the authors put forward some suggestions after analyzing the above results for the function of technological introduction digestion absorption and re-innovation and how to implement this policy more efficiently.
