摘  要:文章以马铃薯皮渣和牛粪为原料,通过厌氧发酵装置,进行混合发酵产沼气实验。将马铃薯皮渣和新鲜牛粪分别以100:0,80:20,50:50,20:80和0:100的比例均匀混合,利用自制的厌氧发酵装置在30℃的恒温条件下持续发酵34 d。通过测定反应体系的产气速率、沼气中CH_4含量、累计产气量、反应体系pH值变化情况,探究不同比例的马铃薯皮渣与牛粪配比对发酵产气效果的影响。研究表明,添加高比例的马铃薯皮渣对累计产气量具有明显优势,而牛粪对于加快产气速率具有明显促进作用。马铃薯皮渣和新鲜牛粪以80:20配比添加的反应体系累计产气量最高,但CH_4的平均浓度较低,连续34 d产CH_4平均浓度为58%。未添加马铃薯皮渣即配比为0:100发酵体系所产沼气中CH_4平均浓度高达75%,但累计产气量较低。因此,从原料有效利用角度考虑,马铃薯皮渣与牛粪配比为80:20时最适合发酵,TS有效利用率为35.22%,产气率为291.71 L·kg^(-1)。Potato peel and cattle manure mixed anaerobic fermentation were experimented in this paper. The two substrates were mixed in different ratio of 100: 0, 80: 20, 50: 50, 20:80 and 0:100 respectively. The fermentation lasted for 34 days under constant temperature of 30℃. Parameters were investigated for biogas production, CH4 content, cumulative gas pro- duction, pH variations in the system. The results illustrated that the high proportion of potato peel obtained an obvious higher cumulative gas, and cattle manure was efficient in accelerate the fermentation. The max cumulative biogas was ob- tained with the potato peel and cattle manure ratio of 80: 20, but its average CH4 content of 58% in 34 days operation was lower than other mixing ratio. The mixing ratio of 0:100 (sole cattle manure fermentation) has the highest average CH4 con- tent of 75%, but its cumulative gas was low. Considering the effective use of raw materials, the ratio of 80:20 was recom- mended, which could obtain an effective TS utilization rate of 35.22% and gas production rate of 291.71 L kg-1.
