摘 要:随着大规模可再生能源与电动汽车等的接入,电力系统中随机激励的类型逐渐增加、强度逐渐增强,系统频率的动态安全问题引起人们的关注。该文首先提出了域内概率(系统频率在安全允许范围内的概率)作为随机激励对系统频率动态安全性影响的量化评估指标。基于后向Kolmogorov方程,提出了可以快速求解域内概率的半解析法。最后通过仿真对比蒙特卡洛法与半解析法,验证了所提方法的有效性和快速性。该文从随机微分方程角度,揭示随机激励对系统频率动态安全性的影响机理,为随机激励下系统动态频率的分析提供新的方法。With the growing penetration of renewable power generation and electric vehicles, stochastic excitation has increased gradually in power systems, exerting a noteworthy impact on the system frequency dynamic security. This paper put forward the intra-region probability (the probability of system frequency being within the security region) as a quantitative assessment index. A semi-analytical method as a fast solution to intra-region probability was proposed based on the Kolmogorov's backward equation. The effectiveness and rapidity Of the proposed method were verified by comparison with the Monte Carlo method. From the perspective of stochastic differential equations, this paper revealed the impact mechanism of stochastic excitation on system frequency dynamic security, which may provide a novel analysis approach for the system frequency dynamic security under stochastic excitation.
