摘 要:无刷直流电机在换相区间内,三相都参与机电能量转换,因此该文采用三相交流电机控制中常采用的坐标变换理论分析无刷直流电机的换相过程,得到两相静止坐标系下的无刷直流电机换相模型。结合逆变器的输出电压约束条件,并分析无刷直流电机运行在高速和低速模式下不同工作点的电压与电流矢量轨迹图。针对采用抑制换相转矩波动所带来的换相时间加长问题,提出了一种协调控制换相时间和减小换相转矩波动的控制方法,避免了无刷直流电机的换相失败。最后,通过实验验证了所提方法的有效性和实用性。The three-phase of brushless DC motor (BLDCM) is involved in electromechanical energy conversion during commutation interval, so a novel analysis method of BLDCM was proposed employing three-phase AC motor coordinate transformation theory, the constraints of commutation current and commutation time was obtained. According to the analysis about voltage and current vector track figure of BLDCM running in different work points under high-speed and low-speed mode, a control method of reduce the commutation torque ripple and commutation time under heavy load was proposed, which can avoid commutation failure of BLDCM at high-speed operation. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the method is verified by experiment.
