摘  要:基于UG NX6.0平台,集成UG/OPEN API,UG/OPEN Menu Script,UG/OPEN UIStyler和UG/OPEN C++4个部分,利用Visual C++6.0的内部UF函数语言进行参数化建模,开发了人机交互模具参数化设计模块,实现了铝管材挤压平面分流模的CAD系统设计;采用CAD系统建模,借助MSC.Superforge对铝管材挤压过程进行优化。实例表明,采用该系统可较为方便地设计出铝合金管材平面分流组合模,且通过模拟优化的工艺参数生产的制品表面质量优良,表面光洁度和硬度基本能达到要求,尺寸精度和壁厚偏心度能得到保证。Based on UG NX6. 0 software,the human-computer interaction parametric design model of die was developed by integrating UG/Open API,UG/OPEN Menu Script,UG/OPEN UIStyler and UG/OPEN C + + and using internal UF function language of Visual C + + 6. 0 to realize parametric modeling,and the CAD system design of extrusion porthole die for aluminium alloy pipes was realized.Furthermore,the extrusion process of aluminium alloy pipes was optimized by CAD system modeling and software MSC Superforge. The example shows that the porthole compound die for aluminum alloy pipes can be designed easily by this system,and the product with excellent surface quality is produced by simulated and optimized process parameters. Thus,the surface finish and rigidity can achieve requirements,and the dimensional accuracy and wall thickness eccentricity can be ensured.
