摘　　要：Rational统一过程作为一个完整的软件开发过程框架,可以根据项目需要进行裁减。它既可以针对大型软件项目的全面开发过程,也可以针对中小型软件项目的开发过程。高校后勤收费管理软件项目的开发表明,以Rational统一过程核心思想为指导,结合原型法、基于组件的软件开发的软件过程模型,是一种适用于中小型轻量级项目的软件过程模型。As a complete software development process framework, the Rational Unified Process can be cut according to the requirements of the projects. It is appropriate not only to the comprehen- sive development process of large software projects, but also to small and medium-scaled software projects. The development practice of the college logistics management system proves that guided by core ideas of the Rational Unified Process, combining with the prototype method and component-based software development model, the software process model is suitable for small and medium-scaled lightweight software projects.
