脑卒中神经内科护理中康复护理的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析研究脑卒中神经内科护理中康复护理的临床效果。方法:选取2015年1月-2016年2月本院收治的86例脑卒中患者作为此次的研究对象,将其按入院时间分为观察组与对照组,每组43例。给予对照组患者常规治疗以及神经内科护理,观察组患者则在此基础上增加康复护理干预。对比两组患者的护理总有效率、患肢运动功能评分、自主生活能力评分、护理满意度。结果:观察组患者的护理总有效率为97.67%,护理满意度为95.35%,对照组分别为76.74%、72.09%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并且经过护理后,观察组患肢运动能力评分及自主生活能力评分的改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中患者在神经内科护理中加入康复护理,能够显著提升护理的总有效率,帮助患者恢复神经功能,减少肢体瘫痪等情况的发生,患者对护理的满意度高,减少了医患纠纷,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of stroke patients.Method： A total of 86 cases of stroke patients in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the research object, and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the admission time, 43 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment and nursing care in the Department of Neurology.The patients in the observation group were given rehabilitation nursing intervention on the base of the control group.The total efficiency of care, limb movement function score, independent living ability score, nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result： The observation and nursing of patients with the total effective rate was 97.67%, nursing satisfaction was 95.35%, the control group were 76.74%, 72.09%, there were statistical significance （P〈0.05） .And after nursing, the limb movement ability score and the improvement of independent living ability scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group （P〈0.05） .Conclusion i Patients with stroke into rehabilitation nursing in neurology nursing care, can significantly improve the efficiency of the total, to help with the recovery of nerve function, reduce the occurrence of limb paralysis, the satisfaction of patients for nursing care, reduce the medical disputes, worthy of clinical application.
