摘 要:目的为了解专科医院转型期专业技术人员有关职业规划方向,探索医院转型期人力资源管理途径。方法对本院333名专业技术人员进行问卷调查,对收回的317份有效问卷进行统计分析。结果 86%受访者自我评估较高,能认识到环境变化对职业生涯的影响,但在职业规划的实施方面有一定欠缺。应加大医院转型政策宣传,对专业技术人员进行职业规划培训,对有效职业规划进行支持和鼓励。结论职业规划是医院转型期人力资源管理及配置的切入点,值得管理者关注。Objective:To learn about occupational planning for professional technicians and explore the approach to human resources in hospital transition. Method:333 professional technicians were made questionnaire investigation and 317 valid question- naires made a statistical analysis. Result:86% of the investigated gave high self evaluation. They realize the influence of environment change on professional undertaking but they lack professional planning in practice. Therefore, policy propaganda on hospital transition should be enhanced, training of professional planning for professional technicians given and valid planning supported and encouraged. Conclusion : Professional planning is the cutting point of human resources management and distribution in the transition which should be paid attention to by the administrators.
