摘 要:车载液压发电机在驻车工况下发出电能的质量较高,但在行车发电工况下,行驶负载的扰动使得发电机转速不稳定,发出的电能质量较差。针对行车发电稳速控制展开研究,构建了行车发电工况下变量泵-定量马达闭式调速系统的数学模型,分析了输出转速波动的机理,采用前馈补偿加直接闭环反馈的方法对马达输出转速波动进行抑制。仿真和实验结果表明,补偿控制能够使系统在行车工况下具有较高的控制精度和鲁棒性,输出电力品质满足军用Ⅱ类自发电电站标准。On-board hydraulic generators might ensure high steadiness under parking conditions, but under moving conditions, stability of generator speed was poor for running load disturbances. The paper studied steady speed control of the hydraulic generators under moving conditions. A mathematical model of pump-motor closed system was constructed, and motor output speed fluctuation mechanism was revealed. Motor speed control strategy of pump controled motor system was proposed, aiming at the motor output speed fluctuation mechanism. Simulation and test results show that feed forward compensation with speed feedback has good control precision and robustness, and power quality satisfies stand and of military II spontaneous power station.
