采供血机构建设高等医学院校临床教学基地的实践经验

摘　　要：输血技术是输血医学教育的重要内容之一,采供血机构与高等院校通过合作办学、建设教学基地,是输血医学专业人才培养的重要环节。本文通过对北京血液中心在教学基地建设、教学工作内容和教学基地管理工作的介绍和经验总结,为采供血机构开展高等医学院校教学工作的可行性提供依据。Blood transfusion technology is one of the important content in the blood transfusion medicineeducation. The cooperation between blood transfusion services and medical universities through clinical teaching base is a key step for professional talent training in blood transfusion medicine. This paper introduces the working content and management experience of the clinical teaching base constructed by Beijing Red Cross Blood Center, and provides evidence for the feasibility and exploration of blood transfusion services carrying out medical universities＇ teaching work.
