摘　　要：目的:在多专科手术室属地管理的综合医院实施院内手术专科护士培训,增强专业人才共享、促进护理技术同质化、提高护理质量和满意度。方法:2014年1月建立院内手术专科学组,在本院各专科手术室选拔经过培训且取得手术专科护士资质的教师和临床医疗护理专家对手术室工作1年以上的非手术专科护士57名进行为期2年的手术专科理论、操作和临床实践培训,在全院建立标准统一的手术室护理流程和规范,实行教师、学员双向考核制对培训方法和效果进行评价。结果:实施院内专科学组培训后,各专科手术室护士理论操作水平、临床实践能力、医患满意度较培训前明显提高(P<0.05),护理质量评分提高且各专科手术室间质量差距缩小。结论:手术室专科护士院内培训模式有利于促进手术室护理行为规范化、标准化、同质化,提高手术室护理质量,有利于提高手术室专科护士核心能力和专科护理人才培养。Objective To carry out training of operation professional training in a general hospital with territorial management of multi - profession operation room, so as to enhance the sharing of professional talents, promote the homogenization of nursing technique, improve the nursing quality and satisfaction. Methods ： An in - hospital operation professional group was established in January 2014, teachers and clinical medical nursing experts trained and having operation professional nurse qualification from the professional operation rooms in our hospital to train 57 non - operation professional nurses working for a-bove 1 year in the operation room on operation professional theory, operation and clinical training, for a period of 2 years, operation room nursing procedures and specifications with consistent standard were established in the whole hospital, and teacher - student two - way assessment was implemented to evaluate the training method and effect. Results ： After implementation of in - hospital professional training, the theoretical operation, clinical practical ability of the professional operation room nurses and doctors and nurses5 satisfaction were improved significantly compared with those before training （P 〈0. 05） , the score of nursing quality was increased, and the quality gap between the professional operation rooms was shortened. Conclusion ： The in - hospital training model for the operation room professional nurses could regulate, standardize and homogenize the nursing behavior of operation room, improve the core competence of operation room professional nurses and was beneficial for the cultivation of professional nursing talents.
