同妻群体生活境况的社会认同分析——以大众观感为视角

摘　　要：同妻群体是我国由传统社会向现代社会转型的过程中,面对旧秩序与新道德的激烈交锋应运而生的一个特殊群体。作为弱势群体中的隐秘群体,社会舆论关于同妻群体的社会认同十分重要,它作为一种社会评价,形塑了此群体生存的外部环境。基于大众舆论的路径探究同妻群体生活境况的社会认同,有助于唤起社会各界对同妻群体的了解与关注,吸引更多社会组织与团体的支持和帮助,督促官方立法机构完善法律来保障同妻的生存和婚姻权益,从而有助于同妻群体摆脱尴尬苦闷的生活困境。Tongqi group is a special group that arises at the historic moment of the conflicts in the face of the old order and the new moral in the process of transformation from traditional society to modem society in our country. As a hidden group in the vulnerable groups, social public opinion about tongqi group＇s social i- dentity is very important. As a kind of social evaluation, it shapes the external environment of this group＇s sur- vival. This study is based on the public opinion path to explore the social identity of tongqi group＇s life circum- stances, in order to arouse the social interest in and understanding of tongqi group from all walks of life, at- tract more social organizations and community support and help, supervise and urge the state legislature to per- fect the law to protect the survival and marriage rights and interests of tongqi, and thus to help the tongqi group get out the embarrassing and miserable life circumstances.
