下颌智齿拔除致慢性中央型下颌骨骨髓炎1例

摘　　要：下颌智齿拔除术后并发症多为术后疼痛及肿胀反应,在规范化拔牙步骤下拔除下颌智齿创面合并感染偶有发生,然而感染发展形成下颌骨骨髓炎尤其中央型颌骨骨髓炎较为罕见。现报告2012年12月至2016年4月我院1例典型下颌智齿拔除后引发慢性中央型下颌骨骨髓炎病例,并结合文献讨论慢性中央型下颌骨骨髓炎的发病机制及防治方法。The postoperative complications of third molar extraction show aches and swellings. Under the standard tooth extraction steps, the concurrent infection of the mandibular wisdom tooth wound occurs occasionally. Osteomyelitis is a relatively rare complication of dental extractions. In this case, we review the diagnosis and management of two chronic mandibular osteomyelitis that develops from the extraction of a mandibular third molar tooth from Dec 2012 to Apt 2016.
