摘 要:运用有限元方法分析了多片钢板弹簧在不同接触摩擦系数下的刚度特性;采用Hyper Mesh和ANSYS联合仿真的方法,建立多片钢板弹簧三维有限元模型,分析得到不同接触摩擦系数下多片钢板弹簧的总成位移、Mises应力、静刚度特性。分析结果表明:总成位移随摩擦系数的增大而减小;Mises应力随摩擦系数的增大而减小;而静刚度随摩擦系数增大而增大。通过与试验结果对比可知,摩擦系数为0.2时最接近实验值。The finite element method is conducted to stiffness characteristics of multi-leaf spring in different friction condition. The three-dimensional finite element analysis model for multi-leaf spring is established using HyperMesh and ANSYS combined simulation method. Through analysis, assembly displacement, Mises stress and static stiffness characteristics of multi-leaf spring are obtained. The analysis results illustrate that the assembly displacement is decreased with the increase of friction coefficient. The Mises stress is decreased with the increase of friction coefficient. The static stiffness is increased with the increase of friction coefficient. Compared with the experimental results, The big friction coefficient of analysis results fit with experimental results quite well.
