摘  要:传统的乘用车备胎仓所用材料一般都是钣金件,钣金件的成形过程复杂,成本高,重量重。针对这一问题,文中提出一种采用玻璃纤维增强的复合材料、整体注塑成型的全塑备胎仓来替代传统的钢制备胎仓的方案。对替换材料后的全塑备胎仓与传统钢制备胎仓进行有限元静力计算,并对计算结果进行对比,发现全塑备胎仓刚度不足,故对全塑备胎仓进行结构改进,并对改进后的全塑备胎仓进行计算分析。结果表明,改进后的全塑备胎仓满足强度及刚度要求,最后通过路试进一步验证了有限元分析结果的准确性。与传统钢制备胎仓相比,改进后的全塑备胎仓总重量减轻了42.7%,对后续的全塑备胎仓设计具有一定的指导意义。Traditional passenger car spare tire warehouse materials are generally used sheet metal parts, sheet metal parts forming processes is complex, high cost, heavy in weight. Concerning this issues, in this paper, we put forward a kind of using glass fiber reinforced composite materials, the overall molding of all plastic spare tire warehouse to replace the traditional steel spare tire warehouse solution. All-plastic spare tire warehouse after alternative materials with traditional steel spare wheel warehouse finite element static calculation, and the results are compared and found all-plastic spare tire warehouse deficient stiffness, Therefore, to improve the structure of the spare tire warehouse , the spare tire warehouse improved calculate and analyze. The results show that all-plastic spare tire warehouse improved meet the strength and stiffness requirements, and finally through the road test further validated the accuracy of the finite element analysis results. Compared with the traditional steel pare tire warehouse, all- plastic spare tire warehouse improved reduce the weight of 42.7% , with some guidance on the subsequent all-plastic spare tire warehouse design.
