摘  要:传统的"灌入式"讲课模式与单一的试卷考试形式存在教学方式呆板、内容片面、被动学习制约学生创新思维和动手能力的培养等问题。因此,本文采用"翻转"的设计思路,根据《塑料橡胶成型原材料》课程的特点,积极探索和改革其教学模式和考核方式,以为更好的培养创新型人才提供服务。同时,我们也认识到"翻转"设计尚面临挑战,教学研究人员在对此项改革进行探索与实践的基础上,得出了一些关于实践经验的启示。The traditional teaching mode of "filling in" and the single examination tbrm can easily make students feel dull and one-sided. The passive learning restricts the cultivation of students' creative thinking and practical ability. Therefore, in this paper the design idea of "flipped classroom" was used. According to the course characteristics of polymer materials, the teaching mode and assessment methods were actively explored and reformed to provide better service for innovative talents. Meanwhile, we also recognize that the "flipped classroom" design is still facing challenges. Researchers in this teaching reform can get some inspiration on the basis of exploration and practical experience.
