摘 要:针对一种T型中点箝位(TNPC)三电平逆变器的中点电压不平衡问题,指出中点电压受到电压矢量、功率因数、调制比等因素的影响,具有很强的非线性,很难通过精确的数学模型进行控制。提出采用模糊控制算法对中点电压进行控制,设计了模糊控制器,分析了平衡因子的分配原则。搭建了仿真模型和实验平台,仿真和实验结果表明所设计的模糊控制器能很好地控制中点电压,减小了逆变器输出谐波。For the problem of neutral point potential unbalance of T-type neutral point clamped (TNPC) three-level inverter, it is pointed out that the neutral point potential is affected by the factors such as voltage vector, power factor, modulation ratio and so on.Its nonlinear is too strong to balance the neutral point potential by the precise mathematical model.The fuzzy control algorithm is proposed to control neutral point potential, the fuzzy controller is designed and the allocation principle of balance factor is analyzed.The simulation model and experimental platform are built,the simulation and experimental results show that the neutral point potential could be balanced and the output harmonics of the inverter could be reduced.
