摘  要:半桥逆变式拓扑具有较好的抗偏磁能力,在高频的中小功率场合具有较广泛的应用。在半桥逆变拓扑结构的基础上,运用分段比例积分(PI)控制策略设计了一款输出电流105 A、输出电压150 V的逆变式等离子切割机电源。通过分析实验波形及实际调试,给出分段PI控制的参数。在这种控制策略下,该电源能够在引弧和切割过程中获得较为稳定的电流波形,大大提高了引弧的成功率,现场的实际切割测试结果表明,该控制系统降低了对割炬的损耗,提升了产品的实用性,获得了理想的切割质量。The topology of half bridge inverter performs well in anti-biasing, which has been widely used in moderate and small power condition with high frequency.A plasma cutting power supply is designed based on half bridge inverter using piecewise proportional integral(PI) control.The output direct current is 105 A and output voltage is 150V. The pieeewise PI control parameters are concluded by analyzing waveforms of experiment and practical testing, the current is made more stable while arc ignition and cutting.The success rate of arc ignition is greatly improved and the loss of cutting blowpipe is reduced.The proposed design get great cutting performance and has high practicability.
