摘  要:在国产数字信号处理器(DSP)控制器和H桥驱动器基础上,设计了一款两相步进电机细分驱动电路。依据电流矢量控制算法,DSP通过脉宽调制(PWM)波控制两个H桥对步进电机的两相电流进行驱动。DSP通过片上AD采集电机两相电流,并采用模糊比例微分(PD)控制算法对PWM波脉宽进行调制,使电机两相电流以阶梯正弦波的形式周期变换,实现步进电机细分驱动。实验结果表明该驱动器运行稳定,控制精度高,低频振荡小,可靠性高,有较好的应用前景。Based on domestic digital signal processor(DSP) controller and H-bridge driver, a two-phase stepper motor subdivision drive circuit is designed.According to the current vector control algorithm,the phase current of stepper motor is driven by two H-bridge driver which is controlled by the pulse width modulation(PWM) module of DSP.The DSP samples the phase current of the stepper motor with its on-chip AD converter, and modulates the pulse width of PWM wave using fuzzy proportional differential (PD) control algorithm, making the phase current vary periodically in step sine form and implementing the subdivision driver.Test results show that the driver is stable,has high control accuracy, high reliability and small low-frequency oscillation, the proposed method has good application prospects.
