牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗牙周炎患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探析牙周炎患者应用牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗的临床效果。方法选择86例牙周炎患者为研究对象,分为单一组和联合组,各43例。单一组患者给予牙周组织再生术治疗,联合组患者给予牙周组织再生术与口腔正畸联合治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、术后牙龈指标及不良反应发生率。结果联合组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于单一组患者,不良反应发生率明显低于单一组,差异均有统计学意义(χ~2分别=6.54、5.11,P均<0.05)。联合组患者术后牙菌斑指数、牙周探诊深度、牙周附着水平、牙龈指数明显优于单一组患者,差异具有统计学意义(t分别=14.55、10.35、9.76、14.66,P均<0.05)。结论牙周组织再生术联合口腔正畸治疗牙周炎患者的临床效果更佳,可有效恢复患者口腔功能,且不良反应较少。Objective To explore the clinical effect of the periodontal tissue regeneration combined orthodontics on periodontitis. Methods A total of 86 cases of periodontitis patients were selected and divided into the single group and the joint group with 43 cases in each. Single group was given the treatment of periodontal tissue regeneration,the joint group was given the periodontal tissue regeneration combined with orthodontics. The clinical curative effect,postoperative gingival index and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of joint group was significantly higher than that of single group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that that of single group（χ^2= 6.54,5.11,P〈0.05）. The postoperative dental plaque index,periodontal probing depth,periodontal attachment level and gingival index of joint group were significantly better than those of single group（t=14.55,10.35,9.76,14.66,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of the periodontal tissue regeneration combined orthodontics on periodontitis is superior to periodontal tissue regeneration survey. It can not only effectively recover the function of patients with oral cavity,but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
