摘  要:本试验对阜新市某肉鸡养殖场的94只疑似鸡白痢病鸡进行沙门氏菌的分离、鉴定及药物敏感性试验。共分离沙门氏菌79株,分离率为84.0%,79株鸡沙门氏菌对受试的12种抗菌药均有不同程度的耐药性,耐药性最高的是氨苄青霉素,最低的是链霉素和阿米卡星;经79株分离株中blaTEM基因的分离率为63.29%(50株),aadA2基因的分离率为58.23%(46株)。该鸡场沙门氏菌耐药水平较高,建议科学用药。In this study, 94 suspected pullorum disease sicken chickens were tested for Salmonella, and bacterial identification and drug sensitivity test were carried out. 79 isolates were obtained, the separation rate was 84.0%. And all isolates presented different levels of drug resistance to 12 antibacterial agents. Isolates presents high resistance to ampicillin and sensitive to streptomycin and amikacin. The separation rate of blaTEM gene was 63.29%, and the separation rate of aadA2 gene was 58.23%. All isolates presented high level of drug resistance.
