摘　　要：为维护义务教育背景下的学生体育权利,使学生的合法权益不受侵害,培养德智体美全面发展的好少年。采用文献资料法、观察法、逻辑分析法等,通过对义务教育阶段学生体育权利内容的分析,总结归纳出学生体育教育仍然存在的问题:教育部门对学生体育教育问题的重视程度不够、学生及家长对体育权利的认识不深、学生体育权利的立法仍需完善。结合实际情况提出学生体育权利的完善需要社会、学校、家长共同努力的建议。In order to maintain students’ sports right in the context of compulsory education and to protect their legal rights and interests from being infringed,as well as developing good teenager with all around development of moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic education,this article adopts the methods of literature review, observation and logic analysis to analyze students？ sports right during the compulsory education period. By analyzing the content of students？ sports right in the compulsory educa-tion period,some unresolved existing problems in student physical education are concluded as below： the Ministry of Education pays less attention to the problems of student physical education, students and their parents have no deep understanding of sports right,the legislation of student sports right still needs to be improved. It is proposed according to the actual situation that the improvement of students’ sports right is in need of the concerted efforts of the society, school and parents.
