摘 要:以物联网技术为视角,提出了快递车辆的设计应与信息化快递服务相适应,在追求低成本的同时也要兼顾快递服务人员健康和安全的观点。针对现有微型快递车的优势和不足,根据TRIZ创新原理获得设计要素,再根据人机工程学原理并结合快递车的使用环境提出车用信息终端设计方案和快递流程优化方案;对车辆进行概念设计验证解决方案,并提出反馈和建议。From the perspective of the Internet of Things, the opinion that the design of express vehicles should be a-dapted to the information express service and attention should be equally paid to the pursuit of low cost and the health and safety of express service personnel is put forward. In view of the shortcomings and advantages of existing micro e-lectric express vehicles, based on TRIZ innovation principle, design elements are obtained. Based on the ergonomic principles, coupled with the environment where express vehicles are used, an information end design scheme for vehi-cles and an express flow optimizalion scheme are put forward. A verification model to test the above schemes is estab-lished, with feedback and suggestions presented.
