聚氨酯清漆涂饰松木家具表面抗冲击的研究

摘　　要：现行国家标准规定家具木制件的漆膜涂层要检测表面理化性能,抗冲击项目检测是其中重要的一项。目前松木家具,尤其是樟子松家具非常流行,但该标准并不适用于检测其抗冲击性能。从某产业集聚区抽取若干件松木家具,这些家具可充分代表现在该行业的家具水平,按标准规定分别以不同试验高度进行试验并加以分析。试验表明,聚氨酯清漆涂饰的松木家具漆膜抗冲击能力较低,在冲击高度为15 mm时大多数试样可以符合要求;漆膜厚度对抗冲击能力也有一定影响,200μm厚度漆膜的冲击性能要优于100μm厚度漆膜。The existing national standard provides that the paint film of wooden parts of furniture shall go through sur-face physical and chemical properly testing, of which impact resistance is an important item. Currently, pine furniture, especially Pinus sylvestris furniture,is very popular,but this standard is not applicable to impact resistance perform-ance testing of pine furniture. Some pieces of pine furniture, which can fully represent the current level of the furni-ture industry, were taken from a certain industrial agglomeration area, and tests were performed at different test heights according to the provisions in the standard, followed by analysis. The tests show that the paint film of the pine furniture coated with polyurethane varnish has low impact resistance and that at an impact height of 15 mm , most test pieces can meet the requirements; paint film thickness has certain effect on impact resistance and the impact resist -ance of 200 μm - thick paint film is superior to that of 100 μm - thick paint film.
