摘  要:水体中的天然有机物是消毒副产物的重要前驱体。为了进一步探明贵阳市红枫湖天然有机物的性质,利用XAD-8树脂对原水中天然有机物不同分子量组分以及亲疏水组分进行初步分离。采用TOC以及UV_(254)分析方法对原水中天然有机物的特性进行分析,初步探明水中天然有机物分子量分布区间与其亲疏水组分的比例。结果表明:红枫湖水体中天然有机物中疏水部分>亲水部分,疏水部分所占比例约为73.70%,其疏水部分的芳香性要高于亲水部分。分子量的分布主要在小于6×10~3Da或大于60×10~3Da的区间内,占到60%~70%左右的比重。因此,消除饮用水中消毒副产物潜在风险的有效途径是去除天然有机物中分子量小于6×10~3Da和大于60×10~3Da的疏水性组分。Natural organic matter (NOM) is the key precursor for disinfection byproducts ( DBPs), which distributed widely in natural water. In order to investigate NOM characteristics in Hongfeng Lake,XAD - 8 macroporous resin was applied to fractionate NOM into hydrophilic, hydrophobic, and dissolved parts. Components, fraction and molecular weight distribution ( MWD) of NOM were explored through total organic carbon ( TOC ) and ultraviolet absorbance at 254nm (UV254) tech-niques. Results indicated that: hydrophobic fraction was abundant ( - 73. 70% ) , which was much higher than hydrophilic fraction. Higher aromaticity was expected by specific ultraviolet absorbance (SUVA) results. Main MWD ( - 60% -70% ) fell in less than 6 ×10^ 3Da or greater than 60×10^ 3Da. Therefore , the effective means of preventing DBPs potential risk was to control hydrophobic NOM, of which MWD was less than 6 ×10^ 3Da or greater than 60 ×10^ 3Da in Hongfeng Lake.
