摘　　要：蓝点检测法是定性检验不锈钢表面亚铁离子以及钝化膜完整性的常用方法。从化学原理方面对蓝点检测法使用的铁氰化钾-硝酸体系进行了探究,包括检验方法,反应原理,铁氰化钾性质等,证明了该方法的安全、快捷。Blue indication test is one of the frequently-used ways of qualitative test for ferrous ions on the stainless steel surface and the intactness of passive film. The chemical theories of K3[Fe（CN）6] and HNO3 system were studied, including testing method, reaction theory and property of potassium ferricyanide, proved the safety and convenience of blue indication test.
