摘 要:文章根据超图对企业中非正式组织进行超网络描述,以非正式组织成员为节点,以非正式组织作为超边,构建基于超图的企业非正式组织超网络拓扑结构,对所建的拓扑结构模型有关统计特征进行计算和分析。社团结构是社会网络中最重要的一种结构特征,文章基于超图的超网络社团结构,根据超边的邻接关系对企业非正式组织超网络进行社团划分,形成不同的社团结构,并将新进入的一批成员与超网络中选定的社团结构中的成员进行择优连接,择优概率取决于原有人员的超度及其与新人员的相似度,新人员的进入也使内部原有人员之间产生一条新的内部超边。文章的研究结果可以帮助理解企业中人员关系密切程度的变化规律,对企业人员关系的研究提供了有益的启示。The paper describes the informal organizations of the enterprise as the hypernetworks based on the hypergraph. We regard the informal organization member as the node, and the informal organization as the hyperedge. The hypernetwork topology structure of the enterprise informal organization based on the hypergraph are proposed. Then, we calculate and analysis the statistical characteristics of the topology model. Community structure is the most basic and important structural characteristics in the social network.In this article,we discuss the communities in a hypernetwork based on the hypergraph and propose community division for the informal organization hypernetwork according to the degree of hyperedge to form different community structure. A number of new members selected the old members from the chosed community structure of the original informal organization hypernetwork with preferential attachment in which the preferred probability depends on the hyperdegree and similarity of the existing staff. The internal members form a new internal hyperedge while the new staffs enter into the hypernetwork. Through the research of this article, it can help to understand changing rule of the enterprise which has different closed relationship. The analysis of the informal organization model illustrates the beneficial enlightenment for the research of enterprise relationship network.
