摘 要:目的:调查分析拟巫山淫羊藿生长地土壤的理化性质,以期了解对拟巫山淫羊藿长势影响较大的土壤理化指标及其适宜范围。方法:试验采集了包含野生、坡地栽培与平地栽培环境下的拟巫山淫羊藿长势良好和长势较差的土壤样品,测定了土壤样品的全氮、全磷、全钾、有机质、碱解氮、铵态氮等10个指标,并对不同采样地的测定结果进行比较分析。结果:野生组长势好和长势差的土样间的碱解氮含量差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05),而无机氮含量差异具有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),平地栽培组长势好和长势差的土样间的pH值差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:土壤中碱解氮、无机氮和pH对拟巫山淫羊藿生长影响较大,拟巫山淫羊藿在高碱解氮(297.14 mg·kg^(-1))的环境中比在低碱解氮(177.67 mg·kg^(-1))的环境中生长好;在高无机氮(54.41 mg·kg^(-1))的环境中比在低无机氮(29.18 mg·kg^(-1))的环境中生长好,但当无机氮的含量高达110.00 mg·kg^(-1)时,其对拟巫山淫羊藿的生长状况的影响则不明显;在酸性(5.0<pH<6.5)或中性(6.5<pH<7.5)土壤上或可生长良好,而在酸性极强的土壤上可能会生长欠佳。Objective: The physical and chemical properties of Epimedium pseudowushanense growing soils were investigated and analyzed aiming at finding out the most influenced soil physical and chemical indexes and the appropriate content of E. pseudowushanense. Methods: Soil samples were collected from wild, the cultivated slopes and flatland, and the soils with good growth and poor growth. The contents of total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, organic matter, available nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen and other 10 indicators were determined and the results were compared. Results: There was a significant difference in the contents of alkali-hydrolyzed N ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and extremely significant difference in those of inorganic-nitrogen (P 〈 0. 01 )between the soils with good growth and those with poor growth. There was a significant difference in pH value( P 〈 0. 05 ) between the soils in fiat land with good growth and those with poor growth. Conclusion: Soil alkalihydrolyzable N, inorganic N and pH value had a great effect on the growth of E. pseudowushanense. The plants grew better under high alkali-hydrolyzable N (297. 14 mg·kg^-1 ) than under low alkali-hydrolyzable N ( 177.67mg·kg^-1) , grew better under high inorganic nitrogen ( 54. 41 mg·kg^-1) than under low inorganic nitrogen ( 29. 18 mg·kg^-1) , interestingly, when the content of inorganic nitrogen was up to 110. 00 mg·kg^-1 , it had no obvious effect on the growth of E. pseudowushanense. It may grow well on acidic ( 5.0 〈 pH 〈 6. 5 ) or neutral ( 6.5 〈 pH 〈 7. 5 ) soils, but may grow poorly on strong acidic soils.
