摘　　要：社区图书馆依托网络信息技术谋求发展是时代进步的必然趋势。文章阐述了社区图书馆构建信息资源的基础条件和必要因素,探讨在服务应用过程中所面临的问题并提出相关解决方法,进一步论证社区图书馆信息资源建设的重要性及对整个图书馆业发展的促进作用。The community library depends on network information technology for seeking development. This is the inevitable trend of the progress of the times. The article discusses the basic conditions and necessary factors in con- struction of information resources, explores the problems faced in the process of application service and puts forward relevant solving methods, further, discusses the importance of community library information resources construction and role in promoting the development of the library industry.
