试论普惠性民办幼儿园发展的政府责任

摘　　要：以普惠性民办幼儿园为研究对象,分析了当前发展普惠性民办幼儿园的意义,并列举出普惠性民办幼儿园在发展过程中存在的突出问题,指出要解决这些问题,必须要突出政府在此过程中的主导责任,尤其是要抓住问题关键即财政投入,引导幼儿园朝普惠、规范、质优方向努力的监督责任。Taking generally beneficial private kindergartens as research project, the significance of develo- ping generally beneficial private kindergartens at present was analyzed in the paper, and the prominent problems in developing generally beneficial private kindergartens were listed out. At last, to deal with these problems, it pointed out that the government＇s leading responsibility have to be highlighted, especial- ly the responsibilities of providing enough government investment which can catch key problems, supervi- sing and guiding kindergartens to develop in ways of general benefited, regularity and high quality.
