摘　　要：[目的]总结吕立江教授运用柔筋正脊术治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯(adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,AIS)临床经验。[方法]整理吕师对AIS生物力学的论述,明确柔筋正脊术治疗AIS的适应范围,并通过学习吕立江教授的临床经验,对吕教授运用柔筋正脊术治疗AIS的方法进行分析与归纳。最后举一案例佐证。[结果]吕立江教授立足解剖基础并结合脊柱生物力学原理,诊断上强调AIS的适应症;治疗上运用"先柔筋,后正脊,治养并重"的方法松解脊柱软组织和改变脊柱侧弯的生物力学结构,达到矫正脊柱畸形的效果。[结论]柔筋正脊术治疗AIS临床疗效显著,是一种无创伤、无痛苦有效方法,操作简便,值得临床上推广应用。[Objective]To summarize the clinical experience on treating adolescent idiopathic scoliosis（AIS） by using flexible tendon ridge surgery.[Method] By collecting Pro.LV treatment of AIS biomechanical theory,AIS treatment indications established and record of Pro.LV Lijiang clinical experience,sorting and analyzing the theory and method of Pro.LV Lijiang＇clinical used flexible tendon ridge surgery treatment on AIS.[Result] Professor LV based on the basis of anatomical biomechanical principles combined with the spine, in his diagnosis stress on the indications for treatment of AIS and treatment of the use oF＇first soft tendon,after the ridge,both care＇approach to release soft tissue and change the biomechanical structure of the spine, to correct the effect of Scoliosis. [Conclusion]Flexible tendon ridge surgery is noninvasive,easy to operate and painless and effective clinical method for the treatment of AIS.This clinical method is worthy promotion on public.
