摘 要:介绍了一种对现有化工原理实验设备进行改造,实现整个实验中心级别的实验数据自动采集功能的方法。在实验室层次使用采集站经由RS-485总线及RS-232接口进行数据采集,而后将数据汇总至中心服务器供教师和学生实时查看、分析和下载。这一数据采集网络可以提高数据采集精度和频率,减少学生用于记录数据的时间,增强实验课程课内教学效果。In this paper, the authors presented an approach of modifying the existing chemical engineering experiments equipment. After the modification, students and teachers can acquire the experiment data via a unified data transfer network which covers the whole experiment center. The data were acquired via RS-485 and RS-232 communication interface by the data acquiring station in each laboratory. Then data acquiring stations transfer the data bundle to the data center server. The users, including students and teachers, can access the data center server, analyze, inspect and download the data online. Comparing with the manually data recording manner, the data acquiring network can increase the data accuracy and record frequency, decrease the time cost of data recording. It is helpful for improving the chemical engineering experiment education.
